Richard J. Lukesh

President

Richard J. Lukesh has more than 40 years of Human Resource, Sales, and Operations experience working as an executive and a consultant for 200-plus organizations varying in size from 5 to 2,500 employees. Rich has worked in a wide range of sectors, everything from start-up and non-profit to retail and manufacturing.

He has a solid track record of enhancing organizational culture, changing toxic behaviors, resolving interpersonal conflicts, coaching performance improvements, improving productivity, and building company profitability through the implementation of Human Capital programs and strategies.

Rich holds an MBA from Wilkes University and has published numerous white papers, books, and articles on topics ranging from sales and recruiting to building employee loyalty and customer satisfaction.

Amy Hill

Human Resource Consultant

The majority of Amy’s Human Resource experience consists of her work with a national food services company. With that organization, Amy had the opportunity to work in many different HR roles, starting in College Recruiting.

Amy has experience running the day to day operations of the Human Resources function at locations with 250+ plus employees. As a Human Resources Director, she provided support to 15 conference centers in the Eastern Region, from Baltimore to Florida, with a particular focus on succession planning, policy and procedure, and training.

Since starting with Lukesh Consulting Group, Amy has specifically worked to source, interview, and hire candidates for their clients across all industries.

Amy holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Management with a Minor in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University.

Jaclyn M. Urie

Human Resource Consultant

Jaclyn M. Urie has worked in Human Resource and Benefits Administration for over 20 years. She has a solid track record of developing HR policies and procedures in a small company setting, creating process efficiencies, and recruiting. Jaclyn has special interests in workplace culture and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Lukesh Consulting Group, Jaclyn owned a home care company in the Delaware Valley and was responsible for managing the HR function and staff of 25 at the company. Jaclyn began her career in benefits administration, working for two large professional services and consulting firms administering health and defined benefit pension plans to clients. She also held a research position at a large university examining the effectiveness of work/life policies.

Jaclyn holds an MBA from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from The Pennsylvania State University. She is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SPHR-SCP).
